Description

The neat property Marema is surrounded by olive groves and located above the fine sandy beach of Peroulia in a nice hillside location. The 3 holiday apartments are next to each other with a separate entrance each. The basement flats below the apartments are used by the landlord family. The estate Marema is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden property cultivated with banana plants, citrus trees and plenty of Mediterranean plants and flowers. The lawn in the front garden is for the shared use of all guests.

The apartment in the middle, Marema 2 dates back to 1975 and was renovated in 2024 and equipped with new furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the bath are adjoining to the separate kitchen. From both bedrooms you have direct access to a front roofed balcony where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Messenian Bay up to the opposite coast and the Taygetos Mountains. At the entrance area of the apartment there is a roofed terrace with some seating.

In a separate part of the house there is a washing machine provided for the shared use of all guests.

A small paved way leads 200mtr down the slope to the fine sandy beach of Peroulia.

The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded area around Peroulia. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, Lage, die perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse nach Ruhe und Nähe zum Strand reagiert. Schönes Meer, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wollen so schnell wie möglich wiederkommen. Wir empfehlen, früh aufzuwachen und den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus zu genießen, nicht zu verpassen!

Schöne Umgebung, hilfsbereit und einladend. Sauberes Zimmer, Räume, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon sowie vom Strand darunter, der nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen!

Sympathische Gastgeber, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen. Lage in einem gepflegten Garten, wirklich sehr nahe zum Strand. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist eher klein (Stauraum eher knapp) aber sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr nahe am schönen Sandstrand. Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und brachte uns selber gemachtes Gebäck und Marmelade. Durch die Orangenbäume hat es sehr viele Mücken und leider keine Mückenschutzgitter am Fenster. Im Internet steht, dass der Garten sowie Sonnenliegen zur gemeinsamen Benützung zur Verfügung stehen, vor Ort wurde das aber nicht erwähnt.

Der Garten stehen allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin hat es sicherlich nicht extra erwähnt, da es für Sie selbstverständlich ist.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber praktisch. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt allerdings nicht über einen Kleiderschrank. 14 TAge aus dem Koffer leben kann nicht erholsam und sinnvoll sein. Das sollte unbedingt geändert werden. die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge , Essen usw Fehlender Kleiderschrank null Sterne, Vermieterin 5 Sterne

Traumhafte Lage, der schöne Sandstrand ist quasi vor der Tür. Unsere Kinder haben den Strand geliebt, der Sand ist super zum spielen und das Wasser ist lange ganz flach. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben alles was man braucht. Das neue Badezimmer hat uns überrasscht. Wir haben gerne abends auf der Terrasse gesessen und aufs Meer geschaut. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns mit Tipps versorgt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
