On the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle juts picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, with the narrow alleyways and pretty houses of Koroni nestling against it. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the region border on either side of the town. To the south-west of the charming town centre, the fine sandy Zaga beach stretches along the coast and is followed by the fine Memi beach.

The Memi View holiday flats are located directly on this sandy beach, with spectacular private access to the beach. The complex consists of 4 slightly offset buildings with one apartment and one studio each on the ground and upper floors. 2 holiday flats and 2 studios are let through us, the remaining flats are let elsewhere. A small vineyard in front of the house and tall shady eucalyptus trees around the house complete the picture of this beautifully situated small complex.

Only 50m separate the holiday flat from the sandy beach. Separate, rear entrance to the upper floor. The wide view from all rooms and the terrace of the holiday flat extends from the blue sea, the fine Memi beach to the opposite Mani coast and the Taygetos mountains. The open-plan sleeping area (connecting room) with 2 single beds and direct access to the beautiful terrace with sea views is adjacent to the kitchen area. A small corridor leads to the separate bedroom and bathroom. The brightly furnished Memi View holiday flat offers the perfect setting for a carefree family holiday by the sea and in nature.

Only 50m separate the house from the fine sandy beach. Walking with your towel across the property to the fine sandy beach at any time of the day is a private privilege.

The nearby, picturesque town of Koroni with its lovely harbour, tavernas and cafés offers a nice change from the peaceful surroundings of this holiday home. You don't need to travel long distances to run your daily errands.
