Description

On the southern cape of Messinia, a medieval castle juts picturesquely into the sea like a pointed triangle, with the narrow alleyways and pretty houses of Koroni nestling against it. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the region border on either side of the town. To the south-west of the charming town centre, the fine sandy Zaga beach stretches along the coast and is followed by the fine Memi beach.

The Memi View holiday flats are located directly on this sandy beach, with spectacular private access to the beach. The complex consists of 4 slightly offset buildings with one apartment and one studio each on the ground and upper floors. 2 holiday flats and 2 studios are let through us, the remaining flats are let elsewhere. A small vineyard in front of the house and tall shady eucalyptus trees around the house complete the picture of this beautifully situated small complex.

The functionally-furnished Memi View holiday flat is located in the middle of a secluded, flat plot bordering the fine sandy beach, in a quiet and idyllic rural setting. Private, side entrance via 3 steps to the elevated ground floor. The view from all rooms and the terrace of the holiday flat extends from the blue sea, the fine Memi beach to the opposite Mani coast and the Taygetos mountains. Adjacent to the kitchen area is the open-plan sleeping area (connecting room) with 2 single beds and direct access to the beautiful terrace with sea views. A small corridor leads to the separate bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom leads directly onto the beautiful terrace with sea views. The brightly furnished Memi View holiday flat offers the perfect setting for a carefree family holiday by the sea and surrounded by nature.

Only 50m separate the house from the fine sandy beach. Walking with your towel across the property to the fine sandy beach at any time of the day is a private privilege.

If you would like to spend your holiday with friends or in a large family group, then this small Memi View complex with its two flats and two studios is perfect for you. The nearby, picturesque town of Koroni with its lovely harbour, tavernas and cafés offers a nice change from the peaceful surroundings of this holiday home. You don't need to travel long distances to run your daily errands.

Of special charm, on the western side of Messinia, are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni.

Einfaches aber sehr sauberes und funktionales Appartement. Nette, hilfsbereite und aufgeschlossene Vermieterin. Großer Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht. W-lan funktionierte nur im Haus. Schon auf dem Balkon war der Empfang ungenügend. Also auch eine Möglichkeit noch mehr zu entspannen!!! Koroni war im September belebt aber auch nicht überfüllt. Hat uns gut gefallen. Der Strand war sehr sauber und in 5 Minuten von uns zu erreichen.

Wir haben den ganzen August im Memi View A1 Appartement verbracht. Die ersten beiden Wochen zu zweit, die dritte Woche zu dritt und die vierte Woche zu viert. Die Wohnung ist genau so eingerichtet, wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Unsere Zeit dort war genial. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum ganz natürlich belassenen Memi-Beach. Ganz familiär und moderat besucht in diesem Jahr. Das Wasser glasklar und die meiste Zeit so ruhig, dass wir jeden Tag unsere knapp 3km Schwimmsportprogramm durchziehen konnten. Kam dann der Hunger, ließ sich in der Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung so manches Gericht zaubern. Gegessen haben wir dann auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick oder im Schatten unter der Schirmakazie am großen Tisch vor unserer Tür.

Die Einfachheit der Wohnung tat unserem Wohlfühlfaktor keinen Abbruch. Im geräumigen Schlafzimmer ließ sich sogar mit dem Schreibtisch ein kleines Zeichenatelier mit Blick auf Weinstöcke, Meer und vorbeiziehende Segelboote einrichten-Inspiration pur.

Unsere Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und super gastfreundlich. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wieder nach Memi-Beach-View kommen!

Das Appartement ist in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Verwaltung und der Service waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Jassu Reisen war sehr hilfsbereit mit der Buchung, die ich vor Ort vornehmen musste. Die Abwicklung war einfach und ohne Komplikationen. Einfach super .. vielen Dank für alles …

Das Beste vorab, der Blick aus dem Appartment aufs Meer ist sehr schön, die Zimmer groß, das war leider dann auch.

Die Beschreibung "..in die Jahre gekommen.." scheint hier euphemístisch angewendet.

Man darf trotz einfacher Einrichtung (bedeutet auch einfacher Matratze ;) ) davon ausgehen,

dass auf einer der Terassentürseiten die Türen aufgehen,

die Duschmischbatterie Wasser nicht nur brühend heiss oder kalt bereitstellt,

die Klobrille im Auflösen begriffen ist,

und die Klimaanlage das Kondenzwasser nicht als große Pfütze auf den Balkon entläßt.

UND WAS GARNICHT GEHT:

Bei zehntägigem Aufenthalt nur einmal den Zimmerservice/ Handtuchwechsel inkl. durchzulassen- ist unterirdisch!

(Und auch anders vereinbart worden.)

Ich bereise seit Jahren Griechenland und kenne den Standard, den Unterkünfte teilweise haben.

Aber dieser wird in meiner Liste der schlechten Unterkünfte einen sicheren Platz bekommen.

Wir waren insgesamt vier Wochen in Griechenland. Zwei davon fest gebucht.

Alle anderen Unterkünfte (auch einfache) waren in besserem Zustand, hatten mindestens zweimal die Woche Zimmerservice gehabt.

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Unsere Vermieter und wir sind über alle Rückmeldungen dankbar. Bisher waren alle Gäste (siehe z.B. die Bewertung vorher) sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Service. Wie beschrieben findet der Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel 2x wöchentlich statt, ebenso wird eine Reinigung angeboten. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus nebenan und kümmert sich selbst um den Service. Gerne hätte sich Sie umgehend bei uns oder der Vermieterin melden können, damit mögliche Probleme direkt behoben worden werden. Die Klobrille und Duschbatterie werden überprüft und entsprechend ausgetauscht. Es ist besser sich direkt zu melden als erst nach dem Urlaub.
