Description

Narrow alleys with the small and beautiful houses of Messenia nestle up to a medieval castle that is picturesquely extending to the sea like a sharp triangle on the southern Cape of Messenia. Two of the most beautiful beaches of this region are bordering to each side of the village. In southwestern direction of the charming village centre, the Zaga beach is extending along the coast.

The holiday houses JORGOS, ANASTASSIA and RIGOTIS are scattered on a huge family property between oleander bushes, vines, olive and pomegranate trees in a beautiful hillside location above the sea.

The two-storied house ANASTASSIA has two holiday apartments with separate entries and lies quiet and idyllic on the rear part of the property, in a distance of approx. 30m to the holiday house JORGOS and approx. 50 to 80m to the houses RIGOTIS 1 and 2.

The simply furnished holiday apartment ANASTASSIA is on elevated ground floor and has a side entrance via approx. 8 steps. The kitchen is adjoining to an open room (no door) with 2 separate beds and to the corridor that is leading towards 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. From the kitchen you have direct access to the roofed terrace with a nice sea view. In a separate room on the property there is a washing machine available for the shared use of all guests.

There is a nice footpath across the nature property and the bordering fields, that leads to the fine sandy beach of ZAGA in a distance of approx. 450 m (via some steps).

This holiday house with its two apartments is ideal for you, if you like to spend your holidays together with friends or family. The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet location of this holiday house. You have short ways if you have to run a few errands.

Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.

Nous aimons beaucoup l’appartement ANASTASSIA même s’il est un peu simple. Il y a un belle terrasse et un parking pratique. C’est très dommage que il n’y a plus d’arbres autour, ils sont tombés, il faudrait en planter d’autres!!

das Haus war sehr sauber, die Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit, brachten uns Oliven, Obst und Olivenöl vorbei. Neue Fenster und überall Fliegengitter, sehr vorteilhaft, da es abends Mücken gab .

Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal dort, sehr schöner Strand und der Weg dorthin durch den Olivenhain immer interessant.

Die Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Die Türen schließen nicht so gut, daher ist es etwas laut. Auch von der oberen Wohnung her hellhörig. Aber da wir beide Wohnungen mit einer größeren Familie gemietet haben, war das kein Problem.

Es gibt keine Müllcontainer mehr in der Nähe, man muss den Müll mit dem Auto wegbringen oder 1km laufen.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar, macht alles wett.

Schönes, geräumiges Appartement mit traumhaftem Blick. Einrichtung in Ordnung, alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Den kürzesten Weg zum Strand haben wir nach ein paar Anläufen auch gefunden. Gute Surfschule in Fußnähe.

Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen sorglosen Urlaub benötigt. Für die Jahreszeit (Mitte April), war der längere Aufenthalt auf der wunderbar luftigen Terrasse etwas zu kalt, welche aber im heißen Sommer traumhaft sein dürfte. Über die Osterüberraschung der unsichtbaren Vermieter haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Danke!

Bonjour, nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances dans l'appartement anastassia. Très fonctionnel et propre. La Clim marchait bien. Les lits confortables. La cuisine est grande et avec un bon frigo. Le seul problème a été une mauvaise odeur de canalisation pendant les journées chaudes soit dans notre appartement que également dans l'appartement du deuxième étage occupé par nos amis. Il faudrait revoir les égouts...peut être trop pleins?

I left my heart in Koroni.. Τι να πρωτογράψουμε, για το μέρος, την τοποθεσία, το σπίτι.. Η καθαριότητα εξαιρετική, το σπίτι έχει όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται κανείς, η απόσταση από την παραλία 7 λεπτά περίπου μέσα από καταπράσινη διαδρομή, ανηφόρες και κατηφόρες μεν, ευχάριστες δε. Ανεπανάληπτη θέα από το μπαλκόνι, ηρεμία και κοντά στο κέντρο της Κορώνης, περίπου 5-7 λεπτά. Θα ξαναερχόμασταν σίγουρα και το προτείνουμε.

Το διμέρισμα ήταν μια χαρά και η θάλασσα ούτε 200 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Είναι μία πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για την υπέροχη διαμονή μας. Σίγουρα στο μέλλον θα ξανά κλείσουμε.

Die Wohnung (unten) entspricht den Fotos. einfacher Standard.

Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es wurde renoviert. (neue Fenster)

Bad ist noch renovierungsbedürftig.

Klimanlage und WLAN funktionierten nicht. Bettwäsche und Handtücherwechsel fand nicht statt.

Bei Ankunft zeigte uns ein alter Mann der nur griechisch sprach die Wohnungstür (Schlüssel steckte)

Das war der ganze Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

Die Lage war gut und der Strand sehr schön....

The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the terrace itself is nice and shady. Following a small path you can walk down to a very nice and quiet beach. The apartment is spacious and every bedroom has an airco.
