Description

On the southwestern coast of the Mani region, in a breathtaking hillside location above the picturesque Limeni, in Mediterranean surroundings, idyllic and with a wide view of the sea lies the elegant complex APEA Villas. The APEA Villas complex consists of 1 comfortable villa with private pool and 3 other comfortable villas with a shared pool. Maniotic residential towers architecturally modeled, sustainable with noble, regional materials, the complex was built on the rocky slope. Steep cliffs form the rear property wall of the estate and give the cottages a special charm.

Only stones from the property were used in the construction of the complex, with architectural details and materials from the Mani region. Free stone walls, high open spaces, wooden roof structures, shutters that open inwards characterize the interior of these elegant vacation homes. Inside, modern sofas, serene colors and subtle wooden furniture make for pleasant, comfortable living.

The large infinity pools in front of the houses with the different terraces invite you to swim, linger and sunbathe. In the evenings, you can end the day in convivial company and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Especially tastefully furnished stone houses, thought out to the smallest detail, built in a row, skillfully separated from each other with beautiful views of the Limeni and Itilo bay and the sea. From the parking level, on both sides of the property, there are stairs (about 35 steps) leading to the cottages.

The elegant, three-storey ATHINA-APEA villa stands separately on the left side of the property, to the side of its own pool, with a wide, beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Ground level access to the living room with wood paneled high ceiling and adjoining kitchenette and direct exit to the terraces and private pool. Adjacent to the living room are both bedrooms with shared bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the gallery above the living room with a sofa for 2 people, direct exit to a private roof terrace with stunning sea views. In the basement is another bedroom with bathroom and a storage room with washing machine.

The pool terrace is furnished with comfortable armchairs, cushions, brick sofas, sun loungers and umbrellas. The private pool (8,5 x3,5m, 1 to 1,40m deep, not heatable, in operation all year round) of about 30sqm provides refreshment and swimming fun for young and old. There is an outdoor shower in the pool area.

If you are looking for an exclusive vacation destination, a place full of originality, close to the sea, want to swim in crystal clear waters and attach great importance to living comfort, then this vacation home is the best choice for your vacations. Amazing luxurious place to stay close to limeni. The private pool is such a nice touch. All of the amenities worked well and had all do the basic kitchen appliances we needed. Lots of towels and beach towels. Staff was lovely and helpful. Would recommend and return again!

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf das Meer, die umliegenden Dörfer und Berge. Das Gastgeber-Team war höflich und freundlich. Der gesamte Haushalt war von guter Qualität, gepflegt und makellos sauber. Die Lage war perfekt und in der Nähe, um mehrere Bereiche und Strände in der Gegend von Mani zu erkunden. Meine Familie und ich würden es auf jeden Fall anderen und Familien empfehlen.

One of the greatest villas with pool at the best location in Limeni - Mani!!! We had perfect conditions, on the top of the hill, with incredible views and sunset!!

The house had all we needed plus the personal attendance of Mrs. Lila (housekeepeer) who brought us home made pittas and desserts in the morning and she and her son really were very helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Congratulations to the owners!

We will definetely recommend to our friends!

I hope we"ll visit again soon.

OMG....das war die Unterkunft überhaupt... dieses Haus ist so toll....es hat alles, was man braucht und ist dabei so wunderschön und exquisit und auch groß und geräumig. Wir hatten eine riesige private Terrasse mit einem tollen privaten Pool....konnten zudem aber auch den großen gemeinsamen Pool benutzen. Ein wenig schwierig ist nur die Anfahrt... man muss unbedingt den Ort Limeni in den Navi eingeben. Wenn man der airbnb wegbeschreibung folgt wird man völlig fehlgeleitet. Wir wurden superlieb Willkommen geheissen von der für unser Haus zuständigen Dame... sie kam auch jeden Tag, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und zu reinigen. Sie ist wirklich eine sehr liebe Person, die uns alle Fragen bezüglich der Umgebung sehr gut in fließendem Englisch beantwortet hat. Danke nochmal für alles. Wir hatten mit 5 Personen wirklich einen absolut tollen Urlaub Dank dieser extrem tollen Unterkunft. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt dort in unseren nächsten Ferien

We can highly recommend the place, especially the private house as you have your own pool and a super-large terrace. We would also like to point out that Lila, the housekeeping lady, made a significant positive contribution to our great stay. She is really the heart of the apartments and did everything to make our stay as good as possible (sheets changed every 3 days, tips to local restaurants/markets, brought even her own fruits from her garden, cleaning every day, etc.) so special thanks to her. Will come back again!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve experienced. Gorgeous location in Mani. One of the best views you can get in the region, plus lots of great stuff close by (ManiBella is the best restaurant, Skoutari beach, Topio cocktail bar, etc.). The villa is excellent - spacious, good smart TVs throughout, good AC, hotel grade linens and towels, and incredibly kind service from the lady on site who cleans daily. The only drawbacks were wifi that cuts out a lot and a kitchen that lacks storage space for food and cutlery. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Tout depuis la localisation, l’accueil, la qualité des aménagements de la villa et sa piscine ont été absolument parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la vue plongeante sur le superbe petit village de Limeni et son rivage aux eaux turquoises. La communication avec Jassu et son équipe a été rapide et efficace. La gouvernante de la propriété était absolument adorable et très serviable. La villa, sa terrasse et sa piscine (quelle vue depuis cette piscine à débordement!!) étaient d’une propreté impeccable. Le petite ville d’Aréopoli est à peine à 2km et possédé plusieurs supermarché, boulanger, boucherie. Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à visiter cette petite ville et son quartier piétons pittoresque. On ne peut que recommander cette villa.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this magical place. The view never gets old and the care and consideration that goes into the space is much appreciated. Good bedding and towels aren’t often found through air bnb. Not the case here. Lovely sleeps. And Mrs. Lila was such a gracious hostess. We loved her and look forward to seeing her and the Villa again next year
