Description

Close to the village of Skotina and the well-kept vacation home complex Erkiades, stands the Olympus Paradise estate, which was only built in summer 2022. At the foothills of the mighty Mount Olympus, in rural, green surroundings stand in a row 6 comfortable vacation homes each with its own pool. A huge garden with lawn surrounds each individual house. Covered terraces with the corresponding furniture provide the necessary shade depending on the time of day and at the pool the sun loungers invite you to linger. The location of the well-kept Olympus Paradise estate offers its guests numerous excursion and hiking opportunities in addition to the many beaches in the region.

The two-storey, comfortable corner house Olympus Paradise 6 with its own pool, located next to holiday home 5, is tastefully, modernly and brightly furnished and promises its guests a pleasant stay in a cultivated atmosphere.Own ground level access and driveway to the cottage. On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen corner. Adjacent to the living room is the bathroom. From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has its own balcony. The other bedroom has a sloping roof with a room height of 1.80 to 2.15m.

The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax at the pool.

The covered BBQ area, equipped with a sink, charcoal grill and seating set, offers the best conditions for family evenings together.

Die gesamte Anlage ist von Anfang an sehr durchdacht angelegt und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzecken am Haus wo man immer einen schattigen Platz findet. Wäschetrockenplatz in Verbindung mit der Waschmaschine sorgen bei längerem Aufenthalt für wenig Gepäck. Fleischer, Bäcker und Mini-Markt sind in zwei Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Supermärkte in ca. 3 km Entfernung und zum Sandstrand mit Taverne ist es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben, wenn nicht gebaut wird.

Einfache Kommunikation auf deutsch und schnelle Antworten. Die Vermieterin vor Ort war auch super nett und man konnte sich gut mit ihr verständigen (teilweise mit Übersetzer aber alles machbar). Sehr schönes Haus und zwischendurch wurde sogar sauber gemacht und neue Wäsche gebracht.

Absolut perfekte Unterkunft. Sehr neu, sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Schön ruhig, trotz viel Regen im Vorfeld kaum Mücken Mitte Juni. Fantastischer Garten mit Pool.

Klima kühlt super.

Was man wissen muss: Die Villen liegen etwas im nirgendwo. Im Dorf selber geht gar nichts. Bis zu den Küstenorten sind es ein paar Kilometer, ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt auch einen deutschsprachigen netten Taxi Fahrer, den man per WhatsApp anfragen kann.

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft um zu entspannen.

In den vielen Jahren von privaten und dienstlichen Reisen hatte ich noch nie so eine schöne Unterkunft! Separate, freistehende Häuser, jedes mit einem extra Pool und eigener Grillecke. Tolle Bäder, hochwertige Betten und Matrazen. Viel Garten und gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Weitere Autos können auch noch vor den Grundstücken stehen. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig, ein netter Fleischer und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind leicht zu erreichen. Der Blick auf den Olymp ist atemberaubend und ändert sich ständig.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen Dank an Katherina, die für jeden Wunsch und für jede Frage zur Verfügung stand.

Anfang August haben wir eine großartige Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles vom Feinsten: ein großer schöner Pool, zwei feine Bäder, das super komfortable Bett, feine Bettwäsche, wunderschönes Rasengrundstück, Terrassen, Gartenmöbeln! Eine sehr ruhige Umgebung und der Blick vom Garten und Pool auf das Dorf Skotina, die Landschaft, den Bergrücken des Olymps einmalig. Viele Strände, Beachbars und Naturstrände gibt es in der nahen Umgebung, im August geht es lebhaft zu trotzdem gibt es noch einsame und ruhigere Abschnitte. Ein tolles Ferienhaus, eine wundervolle Anlage, wir empfehlen es wärmstens!
