Description

Close to the village of Skotina and the well-kept vacation home complex Erkiades, stands the Olympus Paradise estate, which was only built in summer 2022. At the foothills of the mighty Mount Olympus, in rural, green surroundings stand in a row 6 comfortable vacation homes each with its own pool. A large garden with lawn surrounds each individual holiday house. Covered terraces with the corresponding furniture provide the necessary shade, depending on the time of day, and at the pool the sun loungers invite you to linger. The location of the well-kept Olympus Paradise estate offers its guests numerous excursion and hiking opportunities in addition to the many beaches in the region.

The two-storey, comfortable Olympus Paradise 3 with private pool, located in the middle between the vacation homes 2 and 4, is tastefully furnished, modern, friendly and bright and promises its guests a pleasant stay in a well-kept atmosphere. Own ground level access and driveway to the cottage. On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen corner. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom and bathroom. From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool.On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has its own balcony. The other bedroom has a sloping roof with a room height of 1.80 to 2.20m.

The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax at the pool.

The covered BBQ area, equipped with a sink, charcoal grill and seating set, offers the best conditions for family evenings together.

Excellent stay in a perfect restful villa. The staff supporting the villa, housekeeper and the pool man, were outstanding and meet our needs. Appreciate the welcome token gesture of vegetables. Excellent grill area. The pool memories will forever be remembered; thank you! Also, a huge thank you for allowing to let our Labrador Retriever dog enjoy his vacation with us; this made it extra special. Looking forward to our next booking.

Very new building - so new it’s not internet maps. The location shows a field and therefore hard to navigate. Had to look around and match the building to the picture. If I’d have come at night I wouldn’t have found it. Great fire place but unfortunately extra €30 for wood. A bit expensive. Not enough cooking facilities to make a decent meal considering there’s a kitchen but ok if you just want a coffee. Warm and cozy. Small lounge area if you’re more than a couple. Pool isn’t heated. On the whole a very pleasant little place. Very peaceful and quiet.
