Description

On the south-west coast of the island, in the midst of a beautiful landscape of ancient, dense olive groves, approx. 5 km south of the charming village of Aghios Mattaios, lies the idyllic village of Prassoudi directly by the sea.

The free standing, two-storey holiday home is located directly above the sea, on winding paths, between wildly romantic olive groves and a fine sandy bay in the idyllic district of Prassoudi. It consists of two holiday flats - Maria on the ground floor and Giokos on the upper floor, each with its own entrance. A large, well-kept Mediterranean garden with lawn, numerous flowers and plants surrounds the holiday home. Both flats have a section of garden to the side for their own use. The children's playground at the front of the garden is shared by both flats.

The furnishings of the upper floor flat Giokos are friendly, spacious and bright. The living room with open-plan kitchenette is connected via a corridor to three bedrooms with a shared bathroom and guest WC. The living room and two bedrooms open onto the large covered terrace at the front, which faces the sea and offers a unique, far-reaching view of the Ionian Sea and unforgettable sunset experiences. From the third bedroom you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

Directly from the garden, a staircase leads to the fine sandy Prassoudi Bay after approx. 150 metres. A taverna right by the sea and sun loungers on the beach complete the picture of this holiday home.

A perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, who want to spend their holiday away from the tourist crowds, as well as for families with children who want to enjoy their holiday together close to the sea.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage ,von der oberen Etage einen traumhaften Blick. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter aber alles ist Ordnung. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Weg zum Strand wirklich kurz. Bei starkem Wind ist der Strand leider überspült, aber sonst sehr schön . Reparaturen wurden sofort erledigt. Manche möchten vielleicht noch eine Auflaufform. Das 2. Bad ist nur WC - hat aber für 5 Personen alles gereicht. Im Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten kann man den Kleiderschrank nicht nutzen . Aber für 2 Personen reichen die Kommoden . Wir sind gerne dort gewesen , haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Großer umzäunter Garten für Kinder (Spielzeug, Schaukeln usw.). Perfekt für Familien mit Kinder. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr nette Begrüßung von Herrn Spiro, der uns die Wohnung vorgestellt hat und uns viele wertvolle Informationen über die Nachbarschaft zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hostitel byl velmi přátelský, vstřícný a ochotný. Dům byl čistý, s výhledem na moře, vše fungovalo, bylo v pořádku. Rozhodně se sem znovu vrátíme. A ostatním můžeme jen doporučit. Kousek od domu je nejhezčí pláž, na které jsme byli a výborná restaurace

tolle Lage in Strandnähe, Ausstattung ist gut. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich sofort, wenn man ihn kontaktiert. Er hat uns am gleichen Tag noch fehlende Küchenausstattung gebracht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist basic, aber ausreichend. Man braucht ein Auto, um in die nächsten Dörfer zu kommen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Our stay here was amazing. The apartmejt is very beautiful and spaceous. It was a 5min walk to the beach as well. The ovner is very kind and helful. He greated us with home made olive oil and local wine, was very communicative and acassiable in case if we had andy troubles. 5/5 we definitely reccomend.
