Description

On the edge of Aghios Mattaios, one of the most beautiful villages on the island, lies the holiday home Erietas. In a gentle hillside location, quietly situated in a narrow cul-de-sac, the small house, renovated in 2020. The beautifully landscaped courtyard offers a private outdoor space. The terrace overlooks the wooded ridges of the Pantokrator. Via narrow paths, after a few hundred metres you are right in the middle of the village life of Aghios Mattaios with its tavernas, cafés and small shops.

The functionally furnished holiday home Erietas offers its guests the appropriate living comfort for a relaxing holiday for two. From the kitchen you have direct access to the inner courtyard, which invites you to dine in a private atmosphere in the evening. About 6 steps up from the spacious kitchen is the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a separate outside entrance from the narrow alley.

An extra bed for a child up to 10 years can be provided in the bedroom on request.

Between dense, old olive groves, along winding, wildly romantic paths, you can walk from Aghios Mattaios, to the nearby coasts and beaches of the island, to Paramonas, Skidi, Kanouli or Halikounas.

Die Wohnung war sauber und der Check-in hat trotz Verspätung durch den Flug reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier während unseres Urlaubes sehr genossen und wurden nach 4 Tagen mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Zudem stand Obst und ein Flasche Wasser am Tag der Anreise für uns bereit. Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar und hat unsere Fragen immer gerne beantwortet.

Ha sido una estancia muy gratificante, es un apartamento bastante amplio, limpio y acogedor, aunque la ubicación del apartamento no sea lo mejor. Por otro lado, hemos encontrado algún inconveniente como que la cisterna no funcionaba y el baño no tenía luz. Por lo demás, nos ha merecido la pena por el precio que hemos pagado.

Rest - a car will be useful for this place. Effortless check-in despite the late evening hours. We had no problems with parking. The flat is 100% as described and photographed. Very good contact with the owner. Recommended

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein! Alle vom Team haben uns schnell geantwortet und immer wieder nachgehakt,ob alles kn Ordnung ist. Uns hat es gefallen, dass wir in keiner Touri-Umgebung waren und in der Nähe gab es gute Essensmöglichkeiten.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Empfang standen Wasser und Früchte bereit. Zwischendurch gab es Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und Wein. Leider ist da Bett nicht wie angegeben 1,69m, sonder nur 1,20m breit. Für zwei Erwachsebe viel zu klein . Die Lage ist sehr laut durch kläffende Hunde.

Vielen Dank für den Hinweis. Wir haben das Bett nachgemessen, es ist wie beschrieben 1,40m breit.

Good place to stay, a local village without tourists! You need a car, but good location to explore the south and southwest of the island, where you can find calm beaches. The small house contains everything you need. Sometimes it is a bit noisy because of neighbours and a lot of dogs.

Very nice house, full equipment, in a small town which is very beautiful and pleasant to walk at night ! The host help you during all your vacation, which I very appreciate. I recommend to have a car or a bike here to move to the beach !

Wir waren für eine Woche auf Korfu und können dieses Apartment nur weiter empfehlen. Harry, der Vermieter vor Ort, hat uns immer schnell geantwortet und weitergeholfen wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Außerdem wurden uns gute Tipps gegeben, wo man in der Umgebung hingehen kann (Essen, Strände etc.). Die Nachbarschaft ist ebenfalls sehr nett und gastfreundlich zu uns gewesen. Der Ort Agios Matheos in dem das Apartment liegt bietet viele nette Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen, einzukaufen und befindet sich außerdem relativ nah an einem sehr schönen Sandstrand an dem man wunderbar mit einem Auto parken kann (Halikounas Beach). Es war echt schön in “Erietas House” und wir haben uns sehr sicher, versorgt und zuhause gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!

Hello mr Jassu,

Yess we passed very good time in Iriatis Home, it's a wonderful vilage with very good and nice people!

The location need hot water in the kitchen and some neccesary to kook, and somethings to put the clothes after the washing machine !

Thank you very much, it was for us a location just we like !

Jarris was always present for enethings, it'a very nice boy!
