Description

The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. The holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly staggered behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.

The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, the Triopetra bay and the surrounding landscape of southern Crete offers unforgettable holiday moments.

The holiday house is set on elevated ground floor, approx. 5 steps above garden level. The house has a beautifully furnished living/dining room with adjoining kitchen in matching colours. he sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or teenagers. From the living room you get to the bedroom and the bath. From all rooms and terraces of the house you can enjoy a beautiful, wide view across the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of south Crete. From both, the living room and the bedroom, there is direct access to the front terrace of the holiday house with a magnificent sea view.

Secluded tranquillity, Mediterranean country idyll, a charming coastal landscape, magnificent sandy beaches and a very clean sea is what you can expect in this part of the southern coast of Crete.

The distance to the next village Akoumia is about 10 km. The distance to Spili, where you have a wide choice of shopping facilities is approx. 20km. There are some taverns on the large beach of Triopetra and also on the small Triopetra beach just below your accommodation.

Endroit avec vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. Isolé de tout. Maison de style contemporain avec magnifique piscine et chaises longues pour la détente en fin de journée. Points positifs: - gentillesse de Giannis et son épouse -petites attentions à l’arrivée. - infrastructure très intéressante -climatisation parfaite (chambre et salon) -pression d’eau de la douche très puissante -terrasse très agréable propreté des lieux -à 5 minutes de voiture de la superbe plage de Triopetra (ma préférée ❤️) -plusieurs tavernes autour dont la Taverne Apaneima : accueil irréprochable du propriétaire. Points négatifs: -le VENT!!!!!! Parfois impossible de s’asseoir sur la terrasse lors de notre séjour : phénomène incontrôlable de la nature -sachez que le supermarché se trouve à 30 minutes de voiture: village de Spili. Toutefois, ces deux mentions n’enlèvent rien à la beauté de ce lieu. Allez-y sans hésitation si vous aimez la tranquillité

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit einem unglaublich tollem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist für zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich mehrmals genutzt und bietet ebenfalls einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Zudem gibt es ausreichend bequeme Liegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr gut erreichbar. Rundum ein fantastischer Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Jassu für die einwandfreie Organisation! PS: Wie im Süden Kretas üblich kann es sehr windig sein - dies hat den Vorteil, dass es die Temperaturen aber sehr gut erträglich macht

C'est un bel endroit tenu par une famille charmante. Qui nous accueille avec un flacon de Raki maison et une bouteille de leur huile d'olive. La vue est époustouflante. Une courte marche et on est à la plage pour se baigner dans une eau claire et bleue. J'y retournerais.

Maison moderne, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Antonius et ses parents qui gèrent la maison sur place sont adorables, très accueillants et généreux. Nous avons eu le droit a du raki dans le frigo à l’arrivée :) et des fruits de leur jardin. C’est un emplacement idéal pour des vacances reposantes, je recommande !

La maison est vraiment très chouette et je la conseille!

La paysage à couper le souffle.

Plages à proximité!!!! 2 à 5 min en voiture....

Le seul petit bémol c'est que la piscine n'est pas encore finie et par ce temps très chaud cela aurait bienvenu surtout avec des petits enfants.

Les proprio sont super, discrets et serviables.

On reveindra :-)

9 Tage auf Kreta in Triopetra 2 waren unser erholsamster Urlaub der letzten Jahre. Nur schönes Wetter und besonders mit der Unterkunft hat alles gestimmt. Die Lage an der noch wenig erschlossenen Südküste hat etwas Besonderes. Touristen Remidemi gibt es hier noch so gut wie gar nicht. Das Haus liegt zusammen mit Triopetra 1 ziemlich alleine am Hang mit schönem Blick auf die Küste. Wobei Tioperta 1 den großen Rundumblick bietet und von unserem Haus konnte man die Küste nach Osten hin mit dem Meer und von einer anderen Stelle der Terrasse in Richtung Triopetra Ort (einige wenige verstreut liegende Häuser) sehen. Wir haben den Tisch auf der Terrasse oft verschoben um z.B. beim Abendessen den einmaligen Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Im Gegensatz zu Triopetra 1 hat das Haus 2 den Vorteil, das die Terrasse von der Straße aus (etwa 3 Autos pro Tag und einige Spaziergänger aus der nahen Jogaschule) nicht eingesehen werden kann und man sich ganz frei bewegen kann. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man aus dem Bett über die geöffnete Terrassentür freien Blick zu Meer und man hört das beruhigende Meeresrauschen.

Der direkte Strand ist über einen kleinen Fußpfad durch ein ausgetrocknetes Flussbett in etwa 800 Meter zu erreichen. Hier herrscht FKK vor aber auch textil ist möglich. Am Strand waren auf 1 Kilometer etwa 4 – 5 Paare. Zum Hauptstrand von Triopetra mit 3 Tavernen, Duschen, Sonnenschirmen und Liegen muss man mit dem Auto etwa 3 km fahren.

Als Ausgangspunkt um die kulturellen Höhepunkte Kretas zu besuchen eignet sich das Haus weniger, da z.B. für unsere Tagesziele in der näheren Umgebung: Rethymno, malerische Schlucht von Ayia Galini, Markt von Mires, Previli Beach, Aussteigerort mit Höhlen Matala immer eine Anfahrt von mindestens 1 Stunde oft auch mehr notwendig war. Wertvoll von Jassu war der Tipp schon bei der Anreise in der Nähe des Flughafens bei Lidl die Sachen des täglichen Bedarfs einzukaufen. In Triopetra kann man zwar günstig essen gehen aber nichts einkaufen.

Insgesamt ein Traumurlaub mit toller Küstenkulisse richtig zum entspannen.
