Description

The holiday house BABIS is located on an enclosed nature property with a wide view of the Libyan Sea, next to the small holiday ressort PETRA MARE with pool, near Triopetra in the wilrd romantic South of Crete. Guests in BABIS can also use the pool of the holiday ressort (40m distance).

The functionally furnished holiday house BABIS is sight-protected by a wall from outside views. The house has a ground level entrance via the terrace. The small living room with a kitchen nook is followed by the two bedrooms and the bath. From the south-facig roofed terrace in the front you have an excellent free view across the hills and valleys overgrown with olive trees and the blue sea. At the side of the holiday house there is another terrace that is sight-protected.

The 50sqm freshwater pool (approx. 5 x 10m and 1,20 to 1,80m deep, non-heatable, in operation from 1.05.-31.10.) and the sunbeds and parasols are for the shared use of all guests and provide cool refreshment and bathing fun on hot summer days.

The house is also bookable during winter on a monthly rent basis.

Secluded tranquillity, Mediterranean country idyll, a charming coastal landscape, magnificent sandy beaches and a very clean sea is what you can expect in this part of the southern coast of Crete.

The distance to the next village Akoumi is about 10 km. The distance to Spili, where you have a wide choice of shopping facilities is approx. 20km. There are some taverns on the large beach of Triopetra in a distance of approx. 2,5km from your holiday domicile.

Grosszügiges modernes und gut eingerichtetes Appartment, aber wie oft in Griechenland nüchtern und unpersönlich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und der Strand ist nie voll. Die grosse Terrasse mit dem Ausblick aufs Meer Richtung Triopetra ist der Hit! Leider wurde der Blick auf den Sternenhimmel oder den Vollmond bei unserem Aufenthalt empfindlich durch eine grell leuchtende Strassenlaterne auf unserem Grundstück direkt gegenüber gestört (völlig überflüssig, da die ganze Anlage sowieso taghell ausgeleuchtet wird), für uns als Naturfreunde eine bittere Pille ...

We loved this house . It is in a beautiful peaceful spot with own private yard with a view separate from other apartments sharing well maintained pool area. Babis very pleasant, relaxed and helpful. Ideal for 4, sofabed for 5th person not so comfortable. Car essential as food shops and beaches some distance away. Good base for exploring..

Das Feriendomizil Babis war sehr schön, besser als auf den Bildern. Ein kleines aber feines Haus mit allem was wichtig ist. Alle vorhanden Sachen waren in sehr gutem Zustand und das Haus war sehr ruhig gelegen, weg von allem Tourismus.
