The spacious holiday house complex KOTZIAS with a shared pool is in a slight hillside location, near the sandy beach of Pissouri. The well-maintained complex consists of several buildings. At the rear part of the property there is a segregated garden and lawn property with 10 two-storey terraced houses built in 2005. This is the newer part of the holiday complex. The terraced houses are arranged in an L-shape with a view towards the garden. Another 5 two-storey holiday houses are scattered in the front part of the property. This part of the holiday complex was built in 1992 and refurbished to a large extent in 2011. Each of the terraced houses has a ground-floor and a first-floor apartment.

The approx. 130sqm pool (16 x 8m, 1 to 2,6m deep, non-heatable, in operation all year) with sunbeds and parasols is located in the rear part of the property and provides refreshing bathing fun for children and grown-ups. The pool area is fitted with an outdoor shower and a snack bar.

The well-maintained and functionally furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house is ideal for couples and families with children. The interior is light, modern and friendly. Next to the living/dining area with a small kitchenette are the two bedrooms and the bath. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with a view towards the garden.

A washing machine is provided in a separate part of the holiday complex for the shared use of all guests.

The beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and parasols is located nearby, in the picturesque bay of Pissouri. The small village of the same name with its pretty streets, taverns, cafes and shops is rather atmospheric, charming and also a little bit touristy.
