Description

The spacious holiday house complex KOTZIAS with a shared pool is in a slight hillside location, near the sandy beach of Pissouri. The well-maintained complex consists of several buildings. At the rear part of the property there is a segregated garden and lawn property with 10 two-storey terraced houses built in 2005. This is the newer part of the holiday complex. The terraced houses are arranged in an L-shape with a view towards the garden. Another 5 two-storey holiday houses are scattered in the front part of the property. This part of the holiday complex was built in 1992 and refurbished to a large extent in 2011. Each of the terraced houses has a ground-floor and a first-floor apartment.

The approx. 130sqm pool (16 x 8m, 1 to 2,6m deep, non-heatable, in operation all year) with sunbeds and parasols is located in the rear part of the property and provides refreshing bathing fun for children and grown-ups. The pool area is fitted with an outdoor shower and a snack bar.

The well-maintained and functionally furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of the house is ideal for couples. The interior is light, modern and friendly. Next to the living/dining area with a small kitchenette is the bedroom and the bath. From the living room you have direct access to a balcony with a view towards the garden and partly towards the sea.

A washing machine is provided in a separate part of the holiday complex for the shared use of all guests.

The beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and parasols is located nearby, in the picturesque bay of Pissouri. The small village of the same name with its pretty streets, taverns, cafes and shops is rather atmospheric, charming and also a little bit touristy.

Oktober 2015 Nordlicht

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort! Unser Appartement ist zwar schon ein wenig älter, aber es war gepflegt und sauber - wie die ganze Anlage! Es liegt nah am Strand, gute, kleine Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar wie auch Kiosk und Supermarkt. Pissouri Beach ist überschaubar und wunderbar ruhig! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Pafos, Limassol, Akamas und Trodos. Werden gern wiederholen!

Oktober 2015 muccaneer

Wir wollten einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Sonne und Meer und gemütlichen Temperaturen. All das hat sich für uns erfüllt. Das Appartement war ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet, mit einer gut eingerichteten Küche (mit Gaskocher) und guten Betten im Schlafzimmer, sowie Tisch und Stühle auf der Veranda. Fernsehen beschränkte sich auf zehn Programme, wobei als einziges deutsches Programm das ZDF zu empfangen war. Aber wir waren ohnehin wegen Sonne und Meer da, so dass wir den Fernseher nicht sehr oft genutzt haben. Das WLAN war nicht das Beste, allerdings wurde es uns auch nicht extra in Rechnung gestellt. Um Auszuspannen, war es ohnehin besser, nicht dauernd Mails abzurufen :-) Zu unserer Reisezeit (Oktober) war die Anzahl der Touristen schon stark zurückgegangen, dennoch war der Service hervorragend, die Leute waren überall immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend wurde immer sauber gehalten. Die Selbstversorgung ist sehr einfach durch die Mini-Markets, die in 50 Meter Entfernung sind. Das Lokal gegenüber ist sehr empfehlenswert, die Mezes sollte man ausprobieren. Pissouri hat man in spätestens zwei Tagen abgelaufen. Wenn man die Gegend oder Zypern generell erkunden möchte, dann sollte man sich ein Auto mieten (Achtung Linksverkehr). Fazit: Sonne, Strand, Meer und Leute waren hervorragend, die Gegend ist sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man etwas mehr Pep möchte, kann man sich bei den Wassersportaktivitäten in Pissouri austoben.

Die ANlage ist gepflegt und sauber, strandnah, und recht ruhig gelegen. Das Appartment war bis auf eine etwas unbequeme Couch (dünner Schaumstoff) gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir werden bei einem weiteren Urlaub auf Zypern gerne wieder in die Anlage kommen.
